Name: The data controller is Hinto S.r.l. – headquartered at Via Durini 24, 20122 Milan, represented by the pro tempore CEO Pugliese Ernesto Mauro.

Within the Company, your data will be processed by employees in the appropriate functions. These employees act as delegates under the direct authority of their respective data processing managers.

2. TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

DATA FOR "WORK WITH US" SECTION REGISTRATION

Personal data collected through the "work with us" section of the website https://www.hinto.com, essentially consisting of identification and curriculum data, will be processed solely to verify the skills required for employment or collaboration with Hinto®. Candidates should only provide common data (educational qualifications, personal information, work experiences) and should not provide any sensitive data as defined by Article 4 letter d) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Article 9 of EU Regulation 679/16. Regarding sensitive data of differently-abled workers in compliance with current legislation (Law 68/99) on the placement of disabled persons, it is specified not to indicate any pathology but only to confirm possession of these legal requirements.

The data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller, specifically by the following categories of appointed individuals: Country Manager, Corporate HR, Corporate Support.

NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, in normal operation, certain personal data that are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols.

These are pieces of information that, by their nature, could, through associations and processing with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users/visitors (e.g., IP address, domain names of computers used by users/visitors connecting to the site, etc.).

This data is used only for statistical information (hence anonymous) and to check the proper functioning of the site, and is deleted immediately after processing.

Web contact data is not stored for more than seven days, except for any investigations into computer crimes against the site.

COOKIES

No use is made of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are any persistent cookies of any kind used, i.e., systems for tracking users.

The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable secure and efficient exploration of the site.

The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other potentially prejudicial computer techniques for the confidentiality of user navigation and do not allow the acquisition of the user's personal identification data.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data. Failure to provide it may only result in the inability to obtain what is requested.

Your data will be retained for the duration of your contractual and commercial relationship with us, or until you request its deletion, as well as for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

7. RECIPIENTS

Recipients, solely for the purposes described above and, in any case, for the performance of the service requested by the user/visitor and anything related, the personal data of the individuals mentioned above may be transmitted to third-party recipients, Professionals, or Entities (accountants, banks/financial intermediaries, and software suppliers, also for management, possibly placing data on platforms outside national borders), in any case in full compliance with current regulations, with the right for the user to obtain full information and revoke the consent given.

8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Individuals to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration or updating, or correction (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03). Pursuant to the same article, there is the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.

The individuals to whom the personal data refer are in any case guaranteed all the rights and faculties provided for in Articles 16 to 21 of EU Regulation No. 679/16.
